1. Who you are buying from

This site is operated by Spencer J Hosking ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@spencerjhosking.com. Buying anything here, or using this site, means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not buy.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

2. What is sold here

Every product on this site is digital — an ebook, a set of worksheets, audio, or video lessons. Nothing physical is shipped. Current products and their prices:

All prices are in US dollars and are one-time charges. Every add-on is optional, states its full price before you accept it, and is never added unless you choose it. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which we do not control and do not receive.

The two add-ons above are also offered at a reduced price if you decline them during checkout — $97.00 for the Charge Clearing Master Sheet and $297.00 for Superhuman Systems. Those reduced prices are genuinely time-limited: they are tied to the order you have just placed, they expire 45 minutes after it, and once expired they cannot be reinstated. The reduced price buys exactly the same product as the price in the table, and the price you accept is always shown on the button you click before anything is charged.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own secure payment page and are held by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's terms.

Charges appear on your statement under the name shown at checkout. If you do not recognise a charge, email us before contacting your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster, and a chargeback permanently closes your access while it is investigated.

4. Keeping your card on file for the one-click add-ons

This is the only unusual thing about this checkout, so it is set out in full.

When you complete your first order you are asked to agree that your card may be securely stored with Stripe and charged again during that same checkout, without re-entering your details, if you choose to accept one of the optional add-ons on the two pages that follow. In agreeing, you should understand all of the following:

• Each add-on states its full price before you accept it.
• Nothing is charged unless you click the button to add it. Declining costs you nothing and does not affect your original order.
• Your card is released as soon as you reach the confirmation page.
• Your card cannot be charged at all more than two hours after you give this permission. This is enforced automatically, not as a matter of policy.
• There is no subscription, no recurring billing, no trial that converts, and no later charge of any kind.

The exact wording you agreed to is recorded with your order, along with the time you agreed. Ask and we will send you a copy.

5. Delivery and access

Access is immediate. When your payment succeeds, everything you bought is unlocked in the members area at spencerjhosking.com/members, and a confirmation email is sent to the address on your order.

You sign in to the members area with a one-time code sent to that email address — there is no password to lose. Use the same address you bought with.

If your access has not appeared within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email hello@spencerjhosking.com and it will be fixed manually. Non-delivery is always fixed or refunded.

We intend to keep purchased material available indefinitely. Should a product ever be withdrawn, existing buyers will be given notice and the opportunity to download their copy.

6. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, set out in full in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. What you may and may not do with what you buy

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use what you bought, for yourself. You may read it, print a copy for your own use, and apply it in your own life and work.

You may not share your login, redistribute the files, resell them, publish them anywhere, or use them to create a competing product. The material is copyright © Spencer J Hosking. Sharing or reselling ends your access without refund.

8. Results, and what this is not

This matters, so it is plain rather than buried:

• These are educational and personal-development materials. They are sold as information, not as a service, and not as a guaranteed outcome.
• No result is promised or guaranteed. Nothing here is a promise of income, of business results, of health outcomes, or of any particular change in your life. What you get out of it depends on you, your circumstances, and what you actually do.
• Testimonials are individual experiences. The messages shown on this site are real and are reproduced as they were received, but they are not typical, not average, and not a prediction of your results.
• Nothing here is medical, psychological, financial, legal or professional advice, and none of it substitutes for it. If you are dealing with a mental or physical health condition, please speak to a qualified professional. Do not stop or change any treatment on the basis of anything you read here.

9. Availability

We work to keep the site and members area available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Access may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or through a failure of a service we depend on. If an outage prevents you from reaching something you bought for an extended period, email us.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of your purchase or use of this site is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, including any statutory guarantee or right to a remedy. Where such a right applies, it applies in addition to the guarantee offered here.

11. Ending access

We may withdraw access without refund if you share or redistribute purchased material, attempt to gain access to anything you have not bought, abuse the refund guarantee across repeated orders, or raise a fraudulent chargeback. Otherwise your access continues.

12. If something goes wrong between us

Email hello@spencerjhosking.com first. Nearly everything — a duplicate charge, a missing file, an unwanted add-on, a refund — is resolved the same way and faster by asking. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it may be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction in the country where you live, and nothing here removes your right to bring a consumer claim locally.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. The version in force when you bought is the version that governs your purchase, and we keep a record of it.
