Refund Policy

What is covered

Everything. The book, the bonus guides, and every optional add-on — the Procrastination Elimination Meditation, the Belief Rewire Tool, the Charge Clearing Master Sheet and Superhuman Systems — all carry the same 14-day guarantee, and each is refundable on its own. If you want to keep the book but refund an add-on you decided against, that is fine and is the most common request we get.

How to request one

1. Email hello@spencerjhosking.com from the address you bought with, or tell us which address you used.
2. Say what you would like refunded — everything, or a specific item.

That is the whole process. You do not need to explain yourself, and you will not be sent through a sequence of offers to talk you out of it.

How long it takes

• We respond within two business days, usually much sooner.
• The refund is issued to your original payment method as soon as we reply.
• It reaches your statement in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. That part is your bank's timing, not ours, and we cannot speed it up.

Refunds always go back to the card used for the purchase. We cannot send one anywhere else.

What happens to your access

Access to a refunded product ends when the refund is issued. If you refund one add-on, you keep everything else you bought. You are asked to delete any files you downloaded from a refunded product.

After 14 days

The guarantee runs for 14 days from the date of purchase. After that we are not obliged to refund, but we would still rather hear from you than not — if something is genuinely wrong, if you were charged twice, or if you never received what you paid for, email us whenever you notice. Billing mistakes and non-delivery are corrected regardless of how long it has been.

A charge you did not expect

If you see an add-on charge you did not intend to accept, email us and it will be refunded immediately, inside or outside the 14 days. Each add-on states its price and is only charged when you press the button to add it — but if one was pressed by accident, that is not something to argue about.

Please email before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks, permanently closes your access while the bank investigates, and gets you the same money we would have sent you the same day.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to any rights you have under consumer law where you live, and does not replace or limit them. Where local law gives you a stronger right to a remedy for digital content, that right still applies.

Repeated refunds

The guarantee is offered in good faith and is used in good faith by nearly everyone. Where someone repeatedly buys and refunds across multiple orders, we may decline further purchases. This has nothing to do with an ordinary refund request, and asking for your money back once will never count against you.
